hardware and software specifications, cost analysis and ad hoc
reporting. Additionally, voice network design services are
provided including telephone systems, voice mail and voice
response units.

Entré Computer Center, Canfield, Ohio:
Design and recommend hardware and software solutions to meet
client's requirements. Responsibilities include developing
specifications, written proposals including costs and
coordinating installation and delivery of computer systems.

include Novell NetWare, Windows NT, AppleShare and Lantastic.
Responsibilities include design of the physical topology of
the network, cabling schemes and network protocol. Work has

Hermitage, Pennsylvania: Officer in the corporation and
manager of two departments responsible for the management,
design and implementation of voice and data networks for First
National Bank and its affiliated companies. Supervise a staff
of six. Annual budget responsibilities in excess of $1.5
million. Accomplishments include the installation of a Voice
Response Unit to access data on the customer database by touch
tone phone, annualized savings of voice costs in excess of
$125,000 per year and the development of support staff.

First National Bank of Mercer County, Hermitage,
Pennsylvania: Manage a department responsible for the
development and implementation of microcomputer based systems
for First National Bank and its affiliated companies.
Responsibilities include staff supervision, recruitment and
hiring, departmental budgeting, selection of hardware and
software for corporate wide use and training end users in
commercial and in house developed applications.

University, Youngstown, Ohio: Major responsibilities included
consulting with administrative users on hardware and software
requirements, training of end users, product evaluation and
the design and implementation of mainframe and microcomputer

and support for families and individuals and includes over
140,000 members affiliated through more than 730 state and
local chapters across the nation.
Past President – The Arc of Pennsylvania
The Arc of Pennsylvania’s mission is to work to include all
children and adults with intellectual and developmental
disabilities in every community. They promote active
citizenship and inclusion in every community. It is a
non-profit corporation providing systems advocacy and
governmental affairs activities in support of individuals with
developmental disabilities.
Past President – The Arc of Mercer County
The Arc of Mercer County is the parent corporation of three
corporations that serves individuals with developmental
disabilities. The subsidiary corporations include MCAR, Inc.,
(a service provider to individuals with developmental
disabilities), The Arc of Mercer County Foundation (charitable
foundation) and MCRA, Inc. (vocational rehabilitation provider
for individuals receiving workers compensation).
Past President – MCAR, Inc. MCAR, Inc. is a
non-profit corporation providing quality, comprehensive
services to people with intellectual and developmental
disabilities in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. MCAR strives to
assist these individuals to develop the skills necessary to
function as vital members of the community while making their
own choices about where they live, work, and play. Their
programs include residential services, in-home family
supports, vocational habilitation, socialization and
recreational activities, job training, and job
coaching.
